At State Fare, we serve breakfast all day! Eat local, drink local. We offer a lot of local beers that your server will help you choose for your meal.
Meals and Appetizers
Some people prefer a light meal or snack in the morning. We offer salads, crispy brussels sprouts, and calamari. There are also wings at different spice levels for you to choose from that pair nicely with a smooth beer. We have gorgeous sandwiches like the MD Club with shrimp salad, a broiled crab cake, lettuce, tomato, and bacon on toasted rustic white bread. Our crab cake sandwich is an excellent alternative to the Chesapeake egg benedict dish. We also offer classics like chicken and waffles and biscuits and gravy. A lighter meal is the Key Lime Salmon sandwich with lightly blackened salmon, key lime chili sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickled ginger on toasted ciabatta.
Eggs: Benedict or Omelet?
We offer classic egg benedicts and omelets with veggie options. However, we also offer a Chesapeake egg benedict with crab meat and Old Bay hollandaise instead of ham. Our egg benedict comes with a side of melon, pineapple, and berries. We offer a Meatlover’s option for the omelet with Capicola ham, bacon, breakfast sausage, and melted cheddar cheese. Try this meaty option with our Bloody Mary’s for a beautiful pairing. Our local omelet dish is the MD with lump crab, roasted red pepper, arugula, and goat cheese. All our omelets come with a piece of toast.
Prime Drink Deals: More Than Just Brunch
Of course, our staple $15 Bottomless Brunch of Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, and our Smirnoff crushes. Our cocktail menu has a great variety with our Dark and Stormy and Paloma. Known for our whiskey and beer, our Basil Rosemary Old Fashioned or Kentucky Mule will not disappoint. Premium beer on our menu is draft, local, and varied. Ask your server what to drink if you want to pair it with your meal. The perfect brunch drink for someone not interested in cocktails is our Irish Coffee.
