The Fourth of July is this Saturday, and we’ve got a lot of fun specials planned at State Fare. Every day this week we have been announcing a new special for the holiday, just in case you needed any more reasons to celebrate with us. DJ Kopec Backyard Party
DJ Kopec is hosting a Fourth of July Backyard Party, streamed right to your house! Gather your friends, family, food, and drink and get comfortable because, at 8 pm, you get to enjoy a DJ set in your backyard. State Fare has partnered with DJ Kopec for a special surprise during the event, but you have to tune in to discover it! You can RSVP to the event here.
The 2nd Annual State Fare Hot Dog Eating Contest
This Fourth of July, we will be holding our Socially Distanced Hot Dog Eating Contest! Two groups will compete:
- 15 and under: signup begins at 11:45 am, with the contest starting at noon. The prize is $200.
- 16 and over: signup begins at 12:15, and the grand prize is $500!
If you consider yourself the Joey Chestnut of Catonsville, come on down to our hot dog eating contest and wow the judges with your ability!
Exclusive Craft Beer Available July 2nd
It wouldn’t be a day at State Fare without delicious craft beer, and we’ve got a tasty treat for everyone on the Fourth of July. Our friends at the Oliver Brewing Company crafted a “Socially Distanced Game of Chairs” brew that is a sour-style ale brewed with a little coriander and pink sea salt and fermented with blueberry and lemon. Delicious! This brew is available starting today, July 2nd, for carry-out at 3 pm. Stock is limited, so grab yours now!
