You might be one of the many Marylanders who are planning to take it easy this New Year’s Eve by staying home with your family. If you are celebrating the holiday here in Catonsville, there are a few wonderful reasons why you should swing by State Fare on Frederick Road to help ring in the new year. We are offering a wide selection of take and bake carry-out dishes for you and your entire family to enjoy at home for the holiday. Delicious Appetizers

To prepare your family for the night, you can’t go wrong with our wide selection of take and bake appetizers. We are offering our oysters casino dish, which are oysters that comes with garlic butter, bacon, and bell peppers. Our famous crab balls are also on the menu, along with our baked brie (puff pastry crust, apple, almond, and cinnamon chutney). One appetizer that everyone will love is our shrimp cocktail platter. This comes with 1.5 pound chilled steamed shrimp, with cocktail sauce, lemon wedges, and Old Bay. You can order a half if you have a smaller gathering for New Year’s (a half order serves two people).

Oven Roasted Ham Dinner

What better way to ring in a new year with your family than with an oven-roasted ham. Our very own ham dinner serves up to four people, making it the perfect holiday entrée. It is baked with a champagne mustard glaze, roasted Brussel sprouts, Au Gratin Potatoes, and brocoolini with roasted garlic butter. It is available now for 60 dollars, so place your order as soon as possible!

New Year’s Champagne

It wouldn’t be a New Year’s celebration without some champagne! We are selling bottles of three different types of champagne. Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label Brut Champagne, Juve y Camps Purpura Reserva Champagne, and our Valdo Numero Uno Extra Dry Champagne. Place an order today so you can ring in the new year the right way!

Beer

Just like champagne, you can’t celebrate New Years’ without a few beers before the ball drops. We’re selling a “Sour Pack” of beers, which includes a six-pack Game of Chairs, Key Undertow, and Peabody Heights Solar Power Sour. If you wish to keep it simple, we’ve got 18-packs of Natural Light cans for 20 dollars a pop.

Our extensive menu has a variety of unique options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. We even have many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options! Our fully-stocked bar holds a huge collection of bourbons and whiskeys, as well as several different wines. On tap, we have several different local craft beers to show off the best beer that Maryland has to offer.
