Portalli’s Valentine’s Day Weekend Pop Up at State Fare

Dine with us, for two days only, to re-live Portalli’s magic at State Fare.

This Valentine’s Day weekend, State Fare will be serving up classic Italian comfort dishes from Baltimore County’s famous Portalli’s. Portalli’s authentic Italian fare is a local fan favorite and has been deeply missed throughout the community. Dine with us, for two days only, to re-live Portalli’s magic at State Fare. Reserve your table with OpenTable to secure your space for either Saturday, February 13th or Sunday, February 14th. You can also call our restaurant to reserve a table with us.

Portalli’s History

Portalli’s served classic, authentic Italian dishes nestled within the cobbled main street of Ellicott City. The restaurant was designed to serve up classic Italian comfort dishes and local chef Keith Holsey’s inspired fare. The historic restaurant was beloved by local Baltimore County diners and beyond, who spent many evenings with glasses of wine and Italian entrees that brought us back to the homeland. After Ellicott City’s flooding in 2018, Portalli’s has returned for pop ups with State Fare annually on Valentine’s Day weekend.

Romantic Italian Dinner

You can expect to be served a romantic Italian dinner menu that uses all of Portalli’s recipes for Valentine’s Day weekend at State Fare, cooked by head chef Keith Holsey. Our Portalli’s prix fixe menu is designed to serve two for $70. Pick one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert perfect for sharing with your sweetheart. You can pair your classic Portalli’s dinner with a bottle of romantic red Salentein wine, or choose another glass of wine of your choice at an additional charge.
