Our NEW Summer Menu Fare is Best Enjoyed On Our Patio with a Seasonal Cocktail

Our new summer menu fare is perfect for pairing with one (or more!) of our bartender-crafted seasonal cocktails.

At State Fare, we’ve dreamed up our new summer menu fare to be perfect for pairing with one (or more!) of our bartender-crafted seasonal cocktails on our outdoor patio. If you’ve waited all season long for warm weather and sunshine, now is the time to get on down to State Fare to enjoy it! Our summer menu features flash-fried green tomatoes with apple-wood smoked bacon, crispy shrimp tacos with cotija cheese, flat-iron steak salad with horseradish dressing, and even vegetable napoleon served with stir-fried cauliflower rice! Here’s a few of our favorites straight from our new summer menu paired with our seasonal cocktails. We’ll see you there, only at State Fare!

Summer Menu Fare: Pair Fried Green Tomatoes with a Kentucky Mule

We believe that our flash-fried green tomatoes pair well with our bartender-crafted Kentucky Mule. Our fried-green tomatoes are fried to crispy perfection, topped with a buttermilk dill dressing, crumbled feta, applewood-smoked bacon, fresh corn, and plump grape tomatoes for only $11. Consider pairing our fried green tomatoes with one of our Kentucky Mules off of our summer menu for the ultimate Southern duo.

Crispy Shrimp Tacos with a Skinny Margarita

There’s a hidden kick to our crispy shrimp tacos! Our crispy shrimp tacos are layered with cornmeal-dusted shrimp, street corn style salsa, fresh cotija cheese, cilantro, and topped with a hot cheetos crumble! For only $13, you get street style tacos that are perfect for pairing with a Skinny Margarita made from freshly-squeezed limes.

Steak Salad with a Catonsville Tea

Our seared flat-iron steak salad features mixed greens, juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumber, crumbled feta, roasted red peppers, bourbon horseradish dressing, and crispy Tabasco onions to top it all off! At only $19, it’s one of our newest faves off the summer menu and pairs well with an ice-cold Catonsville Tea.

Vegetable Napoleon Paired with Strawberry Basil Botanical

Our Vegetable Napoleon is one of our vegan and vegetarian-friendly options off of our new summer menu. Our Vegetable Napoleon showcases roasted eggplant, bold portabella mushroom, red bell peppers, squash, and red onions all marinated in a ginger-yuzu dressing served over cauliflower-fried rice. This is the perfect summer option for the health-conscious vegetarian or vegan in your family at only $15. Pair it with one of our strawberry basil botanical drinks to get the most mileage!
