At State Fare, we serve great breakfast fare during our locally-famous bottomless brunch. Our bottomless brunch runs every Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM with all-you-can-drink mimosas, Smirnoff crushes, and Bloody Mary’s for a flat fee of $15. You can place an order for any of our American gastropub-style breakfast entrees while you enjoy your steady stream of bottomless drinks! A few of our top favorite breakfast entrees include homemade buttermilk biscuits with creamy black-pepper sausage gravy, buttermilk-fried chicken with waffles, and a classic breakfast option featuring sausage paired with French toast! Breakfast Fare: Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy

Our homemade, hand-kneaded buttermilk biscuits are served up with a creamy black-pepper sausage gravy for just the right amount of kick. As a Southern classic, our chefs make sure to do them up right! This breakfast entree costs only $12 and pairs well with refreshing orange crush. Consider adding on a side-order of french fries or fried breakfast potatoes for dipping into the sausage gravy at an extra $4! 

Buttermilk-Fried Chicken with Waffles and Maple-Whipped Butter

Still nursing a hangover from the night before? Our buttermilk-fried chicken with waffles is sure to hit the spot and get you feeling back in shape to rally at bottomless brunch. Our savory chive and gouda waffles are topped with buttermilk-fried chicken, raspberry-jalapeno dressing, and maple-whipped butter for only $14. It’s the perfect pairing of sweet, spicy, savory, and crunchy with soft waffles to wake up all your taste buds on the weekend.
