Glorious Vegetarian Options at State Fare

Our vegetarian dishes are not imitations but deliciously nutritious meals that stand on their own.

Instead of replacing your beef patty with a regular black bean patty, consider our vegetarian meals that are not replacements. Our vegetarian dishes are not imitations but deliciously nutritious meals that stand on their own. If you have any dietary allergies or extreme restrictions, talk to your server about any possible accommodations our chef can make. We are here to serve you delicious food and drinks.

Classic Vegetarian Appetizers with a State Fare Twist

The vegetarian appetizer is a staple at most restaurants. All of our appetizers fit perfectly with a date night. If you are looking for tasty and shareable dishes, State Fare has a menu full of them. The Cripsy Brussells Sprouts are cooked with roasted onions and prosciutto and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. A southern classic, our Fried Green Tomatoes are served with a buttermilk dill dressing, crumbled feta, applewood bacon, corn, and grape tomatoes. Both of the appetizers would pair beautifully with a bottle of wine or light cocktail like our Smirnoff Crushes. Off of our appetizer menu, the vegetarian Mozarella Cheese Curds are served with marinara sauce. Not vegan, but still a fantastic way to start off a meal.

BBQ Veggie Sandwich

A beautiful sandwich perfect for a late lunch, the BBQ Veggie Sandwich has roasted portabella mushroom and eggplant, shaved red onion, melted provolone, banana peppers, and bourbon BBQ sauce on toasted ciabatta. This meal would pair beautifully with any of our bourbons. This is not a replacement for a burger, but a better and vegetarian option.

Vegetable Napoleon

A hearty vegetarian entree, the Vegetable Napoleon is roasted eggplant, portabella mushroom, red bell peppers, squash, and red onions, marinated in a yuzu citrus vinaigrette and served over stir-fried cauliflower rice. Full of protein, this main vegetarian dish will keep you satisfied. A dish like this pairs nicely with rum or a sweet whiskey. Consider talking to your server about our extensive whiskey selection.
