State Fare’s summer menu is available and it’s best enjoyed with a seasonal red, white, and berry Firecracker Crush while they last! Every summer, we roll out our seasonal summer menu for a limited time while our patio is open and our karaoke nights are lit up. If you’ve got a hankering for chopped tuna salad with baby greens tossed in a sesame ginger vinaigrette or Maryland club-style sandwich stuffed with a broiled crab cake, we’ve got you covered with the freshest summer eats in Catonsville, MD! FAVE SUMMER EATS: CHOPPED TUNA SALAD

Our chef-chopped tuna salad features baby greens tossed in sesame ginger vinaigrette, cucumber, red onion, grape tomatoes, carrots, radish, and wontons for only $14. This perfect summer lunch salad is filling and protein-packed to keep you fueled on a hot summer day. Looking to up your protein game? Add in some shrimp salad for $6 or grilled shrimp for an extra $5! 

TOP EATS #2: MARYLAND CLUB SERVED WITH OLD BAY CHIPS OR FRENCH FRIES 

At State Fare, we stack our Maryland club sandwich properly! Our Maryland club sandwich is loaded with shrimp salad, broiled crab cake, crispy bacon with lettuce & tomato on toasted rustic white bread for only $21. Served with your choice in Old Bay- dusted kettle chips or classic french fries! 

TOP EATS #3: TEQUILA LIME PUB STEAK 

We take flat-iron steak and marinate it with garlic, cilantro, lime & a splash of tequila for all the best tastes of summer. Served with chili-dusted corn and topped with fresh cotija cheese, our tequila lime pub steak is where it’s at! $20 and cooked to your liking, but we recommend medium-rare. 

TOP EATS #4: FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 

One of our favorite vegetarian appetizers is our fried green tomatoes! Fried green tomatoes are a Southern classic. We hand-bread juicy green tomatoes in our signature batter, fry them up, and top with our homemade buttermilk dill dressing with applewood bacon, fresh corn, grape tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese for only $11. This appetizer is fit for two to enjoy!

TOP EATS #5: BBQ VEGGIE SANDWICH 

Our bbq veggie sandwich is a great vegetarian option that can also be made vegan if you ask for it without melted provolone! We load our veggie sandwich up with roasted portobello mushroom, eggplant, shaved red onion, banana peppers, and toss with a bourbon bbq sauce on toasted ciabatta for $12. Served with your choice in Old Bay-dusted chips or french fries at no extra cost. We also have gluten free buns and pretzel buns available!
